How do I get it?
'yes' Time is available as an option on selected rate plans only. Please check your rate plan brochure for availability.
'yes' Time Terms and Conditions
The first 20 minutes of any call between two digital mobiles connected to the Optus Mobile Digital
Network within Australia from 8pm to midnight is FREE. The remainder of the call will be charged
at SIMplus off peak rates. Voicemail retrievals and diversion calls are not included in ‘yes’ Time™.
Mobile phone numbers connected to the Optus Mobile Digital network cannot be identified by their
prefix (e.g. 0401). It is the sole responsibility of the caller to identify whether the number
they are calling during ‘yes’ Time™ is on the Optus Mobile Digital network. The Optus ‘Fair Go’
policy applies to the ‘yes’ Time™ promotion. ‘yes’ Time™ is a special promotion valid until the
31st March 2007, unless withdrawn earlier. Optus reserves the right to cease the ‘yes’ Time™
promotion at any time without notice. Optus and SIMplus reserve the right to withhold the
‘yes’ Time™ promotion from any customer using the promotion in a manner deemed unreasonable,
excessive or fraudulent. Mobilesat, Optus Prepaid and Optus Mobile CDMA customers are not
eligible for the ‘yes’ Time™ promotion. ‘yes’ Time™ is a trademark of SingTel Optus Pty Ltd.

Optus Fair Go™ Policy.
The Optus Fair Go™ Policy applies to 'yes' Time usage. The definition of 'excessive use' is defined in the
Optus Fair Go™ policy as 'more than 2000 minutes per month per mobile phone.' Customers therefore need to
limit their usage of 'yes' Time to no more than 2000 minutes per month.
