Under the Telecommunications Act 1997, SIMplus may contract with its customers either on an individual basis, or by way of a standard form of agreement. SIMplus has elected to supply its services by way of a standard form of agreement (Standard Agreement). This means that the terms and conditions contained in the Standard Agreement documents apply to all customers who acquire that particular service.

You may wish to first read the Summary of the relevant Standard Agreement, and then refer to the complete Standard Agreement version if further detail is required. Your internet service provider may 'cache' (store) web pages, meaning the documents on this site may not be the most current version published by SIMplus.
