- Make sure your mobile phone is secure and out of sight. Leaving it in view in
your car may invite break in and could invalidate an insurance claim*.
- Always use a SIM card PIN and never tell anyone or write your PIN down, as you are liable for calls made from your mobile phone if your phone is lost or stolen.
- If your phone is lost or stolen, contact SIMplus Customer Service on 1300 767 767 immediately to have your SIM card blocked to prevent any unauthorised calls from
your mobile phone. Report the loss or theft to police and ensure you are given a Crime Reference Number for insurance* purposes.
*It is your responsibility to arrange insurance. It is not automatically included in your SIMplus service contract.
